Ports are stored in a mySQL database. Fields: Port, Name, IP Address, Protocol, and Description can all be edited for updates or just plain deleted. Entire database is also completley searchable. Use the easy install... just make a new db with phpMyAdmin or whatever it is that you use and open up install.php. Next enter the user/pass to get to the db you created and hit install. Simply said, simply done.
